FRAMEIN

Radical cleaning of the outer frame with a following reconstruction on the basis of the inner segments. Hereby the parameter Max indicates the size (percent) of the frame width. Furthermore, the coordinates of the inner rectangle might be explicit specified. FrameOut is under construction.
